What we investigate
An underground leak may drain away without showing at the surface. We build a picture of the suspected route, available access points and supply behaviour. The engineer compares the evidence from suitable detection methods and considers pipe material, depth and surrounding surfaces. Once there is enough evidence, the proposed access area is explained before repair work begins.
Signs to tell us about
- A wet patch in dry weather
- A supply pipe losing water
- Unexplained water use
- Water beneath paving or a driveway
Getting ready for the visit
Share any drawings, previous repair locations or knowledge of buried services. Keep the meter and safe access points available and mention parking or excavation restrictions.
What to expect
The position where water emerges is not necessarily the damaged pipe location. Restoring paving, landscaping and decorative finishes is excluded from the residential package.
Detection, access and repair
For residential work, the £1,250 package includes investigation, suitable detection methods, access or excavation, the plumbing repair, parts and materials, testing and a report. The repair carries a 12-month workmanship warranty.
We serve homes and businesses across the listed service area. Check the coverage directory and provide the exact postcode before booking. Decorative and remedial reinstatement, including flooring, tiling, plastering and decorating, is separate.
